First, you need to configure QuickBooks:

You will be provided with a .QWC configuration file, data feed
URL, data feed key, and password. Please download and save this .QWC file.

Open up QuickBooks, and open up your QuickBooks company file
Open up the QuickBooks Web Connector (a shortcut was placed on your Start Menu under Start > Programs > QuickBooks > Web Connector)
Find where you saved your .QWC configuration file, and double-click the .QWC file
The Web Connector will load the .QWC file, and prompt you to allow access to QuickBooks. You must choose to allow access to QuickBooks. You do not need to allow access to personal data like social security numbers or credit card data. It does not matter which option you choose, as long as it's one of the ones allowing access to QuickBooks.
A panel will load into the Web Connector with a 'Password' box on the far right. Enter the password provided to you in the password box.
Next, you need to configure Foxycart:

From the Foxycart menu, choose the STORE > advanced options
Check the box labeled 'Would you like to enable your store Data Feed?'
Enter your data feed
URL in the 'data feed url' box
Enter your data feed key in the 'data feed key' box
Click the button labeled 'Update Advanced Features'
That's it! You're done! Place a test order on your Foxycart store. We will activate your account and orders will flow into QuickBooks within 24 hours.
